Pharmaneek Pharmacy Services ("Pharmaneek," "we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS messaging program to provide our patients with important pharmacy-related communications. By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages from Pharmaneek at the phone number you provide.

When you opt in to our SMS program, you may receive text messages including but not limited to:

• Appointment reminders - Notifications about upcoming pharmacy appointments or consultations
• Prescription updates - Alerts when your prescriptions are ready for pickup or have been shipped
• Refill reminders - Notifications when it's time to refill your medications
• Order status updates - Information about the status of your pharmacy orders
• Health and wellness updates - General health tips and pharmacy-related information
• Account notifications - Important updates about your Pharmaneek account

Message frequency varies based on your prescription activity and account status. You may receive approximately 2-10 messages per month, depending on your prescriptions, orders, and account activity. Message frequency may increase during periods of active prescription processing.

By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website forms and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Pharmaneek. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You can use our pharmacy services without opting in to SMS communications.

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Pharmaneek unless you opt in again.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Pharmaneek does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates will apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most other carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number and SMS consent information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile Opt-in, SMS Consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.

We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
