Our story

Pharmacy got impersonal. We built the fix.

Pharmaneek is a licensed compounding pharmacy in Indianapolis, Indiana, built from the ground up around one belief: patients deserve a pharmacy that is transparent, reachable, and personally accountable for every order it fills.

Pharmaneek began with a simple frustration shared by patients everywhere: pharmacy had become impersonal. Long hold times, confusing pricing, and no one who knew your name. We set out to build a modern pharmacy that combines the rigor of a licensed compounding operation with the service of a neighborhood pharmacy that actually answers the phone.

Today we operate from our Indianapolis facility. Every prescription we dispense is reviewed by a licensed pharmacist, tracked by lot number, and backed by records we keep on file.

That combination of licensed rigor and personal service has let us grow from a single Indianapolis pharmacy into an operation trusted by patients across the country. We never lost the thing we started with: when you call, a real person who can help you picks up.

Every prescription we fill starts with a licensed, board-certified provider who evaluates you individually. Clinical decisions always belong to your provider, never to a form or an algorithm.

Who the providers are

The providers who write prescriptions for patients we serve are independent, U.S.-licensed, board-certified clinicians. They are licensed in the states where their patients live, and they are solely responsible for every clinical decision: whether a treatment is right for you, which medication to prescribe, and at what dose.

Why we stay separate

Pharmaneek is the licensed pharmacy that fills those prescriptions. We do not make clinical or dosing decisions. That separation is a core patient-safety protection, not a technicality: the person deciding your treatment and the pharmacy dispensing it are independently licensed and accountable.

You complete an intake with your medical history, current medications, allergies, and the concern you want addressed. Accurate answers are what let a provider evaluate you safely.

A board-certified provider licensed in your state reviews your information and, where required, consults with you directly. If treatment isn't right for you, they will tell you.

Your provider writes a prescription

When treatment is appropriate, your provider writes a prescription for you individually, including the medication, strength, and directions.

Before we prepare anything, a licensed pharmacist reviews the prescription, checks it against your other medications on file for interactions, and confirms the right medication, strength, and patient.

We prepare your order, verify the product and its lot information, inspect it, and ship it in secure, discreet packaging. Refrigerated items go in insulated packaging, with tracking sent by text.

Medication and dosing questions go to your prescribing provider. Anything about your prescription, its quality, or its records comes to our pharmacy team. Every contact is documented and followed up.

Because these roles are separate, we route questions to the right place: medication and dosing questions go to your prescribing provider, billing questions go to the platform where you placed your order, and everything about your prescription, its quality, and its records comes to us. Multiple licensed companies handling consultation, prescribing, and dispensing is completely normal in modern pharmacy care, and keeping those roles separate is exactly what protects you.

Understanding 503A and 503B

Federal law recognizes two pathways for compounded medications. Knowing both helps explain how a pharmacy like ours operates.

503A

Traditional compounding pharmacy

Permitted to compound medications for individual patients, based on a prescription written for that specific person. This is the patient-specific pathway of compounding pharmacy practice.

FDA-registered
503B

Outsourcing facility

Compounds in bulk under stricter federal manufacturing (CGMP) standards, without needing a patient-specific prescription. A 503A pharmacy may lawfully purchase sterile compounded products from a 503B facility, stock them, and dispense them against individual prescriptions. This is a common and fully legal practice, subject to state rules and labeling.

Pharmaneek has used both pathways: compounding under our own 503A license and, at times, dispensing finished products prepared by FDA-registered 503B facilities.

Licensed compounding sources

Medications come from licensed compounding sources that follow federal quality standards for how medications are prepared and sealed. Sterile products stay sealed in their original containers. We never repackage, relabel, or alter them.

Layer 2 · At Pharmaneek

Our own pharmacy-level checks

We verify the product and its lot information, inspect the sealed container for integrity, and keep full traceability records for every unit we dispense. Any medication can be traced back through licensed pharmacy channels. Nothing we dispense comes from an unauthorized source.

The same standard after delivery

Report a damaged vial, loose seal, or leak and we document it, capture the lot number, and escalate to our pharmacist and quality team.

Your information stays private

Your health information is handled under HIPAA-compliant privacy practices.

If something ever seems wrong

If a medication arrives damaged, looks different than expected, or a seal seems compromised, do not use it. Call us at (317) 293-1700 and our pharmacy team will document it, investigate, and take care of you.

The same goes for how you feel. If you have a side effect or reaction, we document what you report and make sure your prescribing provider and our pharmacy team are notified so someone follows up with you. If anything feels severe or like an emergency, call 911 or seek medical care right away. No phone call to us comes before that.

Shipping & cold chain

Shipped overnight. Kept cold.

Some medications are temperature-sensitive, and getting them to you safely is a responsibility we take as seriously as preparing them.

  • Orders ship overnight from fulfillment, so medication spends as little time in transit as possible.
  • Temperature-sensitive medications are packed with cold packs in insulated packaging.
  • You get tracking as soon as your order ships.
  • Everything ships in secure, discreet packaging.

Our no-questions replacement policy

Arrived warm? Don't use it. We replace it.

If your medication arrives warm, with compromised packaging, or with any temperature concern, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement. We never ask you to judge whether a medication that got warm is still safe. That's our pharmacists' job, and the safe answer is always a replacement.

When you reach out, our team opens a case, checks the handling of your order with our fulfillment and logistics partner, and stays on it until it's resolved. You'll never be left to chase it yourself.

Where we ship

Pharmacies are licensed state by state, and we ship only to states where we're licensed to serve you. The current list is on our FAQ page.

Delivery addresses

We deliver to physical street addresses. We can't ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

Trained to route, never to guess

Our patient support team answers what they can and routes what they can't. Medication questions go to a licensed pharmacist. Clinical questions go to your prescribing provider.

Representatives follow a written handbook that spells out when to involve a pharmacist, when to route you to your provider, and when to escalate immediately. Any report of a side effect, reaction, or product-quality concern is documented, escalated, and followed up on, every time. If a representative doesn't know the answer, they say so and find out.
