How are UneekDose pouches dispensed? How do you check the packets before they are sent out?
We utilize a highly precise, automated dispensing system to sort and fill personalized UneekDose pouches separately for each customer. The dispensing system contains multiple barcode checks and each medication canister used is calibrated specifically for the drug dispensed from the canister. There is also a pharmacist check at each step in the process to avoid any potential errors.
What happens if I get a packet with an error?
You should never get a packet with an error. Our 100% guarantee means that you’ll receive the right medications, on time, every time. If we are ever responsible for any mistake in your UneekDose pack we will fully refund the cost of the medications.
What happens if my packet has been tampered with?
If you believe there is a chance your packet has been tampered with you should contact us immediately, either by phone at (317) 293-1700 or email at email@example.com. Because we have an image of each packet that leaves the pharmacy, we are able to easily compare with the UneekDose pack you are looking at at home and confidently assess whether it has, or has not, been tampered with. In the event it has, we will work with you to quickly supply you a replacement.
How do I know you’re not going to make a mistake?
We have put in place very secure and stringent systems that have multiple pharmacist check-points. Every single packet is reviewed by a pharmacist and we have a catalogued image of every UneekDose pack we have ever dispensed.
How do I speak to the pharmacist?
You can call us 8AM to 6PM weekdays at (317)293-1700 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our pharmacists are happy to help in any way they can.
What do I do if I have a problem?
Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Eastern Standard Time. After normal business hours, our on-call pharmacist will be available to assist you. If they are not available, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your physician and immediately seek medical care.
What do I do if I have a bad reaction to a medication?
If you have an adverse reaction to a medication, a UneekDose pharmacist will do a full clinical assessment with you and recommend a course of action to prevent future adverse reactions. This may include counseling that explains preventative measures, or contacting your doctor to see about discontinuing or modifying the dose of your medication.
What do you do if something you sent me was recalled?
If we’re notified that a medication has been recalled, we will notify all of the customers that have been affected, based on our database records, and properly dispose of the medication from our pharmacy.
